The Virginia Department of Social Services Common Help platform was overdue for upgrade and submitted a request for improvements proposal.
Solution
A task analysis and journey map was created to document the current user experience and potential improvements. Potential page layouts and components were proposed as part of a redesign.
Result
A response to the request for improvements proposal.
